If your event is at a beach resort, one of the easiest and most natural ways to entertain and engage your guests is right there in the sand.
There are two main components to a team building event: The demonstration piece and the team building. A typical sand sculpting event includes a sculpture created by one or more sand sculptors. The design of the demonstration sculpture often includes features representative of the client. For instance, a pet company would feature animals as part of the sculpture, or a pool company might have waterfalls cascading into different styles of swimming pools. The demonstration piece would most assuredly include the company logo in exquisite detail. It is a perfect photo opportunity for the participants. Some companies have photographed and used the resulting images in print ads and for company souvenirs and posters.
Then there is the team build. As is common, employees are divided into teams. A professional instructor will do a small presentation for the entire group, or just for team leaders when the group is large, and they are let loose in the sand. The Sculpteam staff works with the teams throughout the event helping to keep them on track and get real results. This format can produce winners with prizes, or just company bragging rights.
Remember that sand sculpting is hard work. For a great event, you not only need a top notch sculptor, you need a hard worker and a good entertainer.
