“The event was great. Both Facilitators were fantastic. Completely prepared, great at working the crowd, and of course our master ice sculptor was quite skilled! The ice sculpting as an activity was a big hit. I got endless comments on how unique it was and how much everyone enjoyed it. This activity was great because it didn’t alienate anyone as some teambuilding activities tend to do.”

How it Works

TEAM BUILDING, WITH A TWIST (OR CHISEL, CARVER, ETC!)
TeamBonding has teamed up with some fantastic carving and sculpting pros to bring you some pretty amazing, unique team building events that are based on the “power of play”. Our mission is to have these events get your teams collaborating, creating and forging lasting bonds. Your team will walk away feeling refreshed, inspired and ready to hit the ground running once they return the office.

TURNING A GROUP INTO A TEAM
There are a lot of factors in making a team go from average to excellent. It takes more than putting a group of people together and expecting them to work as a team. Some groups naturally work together really well, but many will experience setbacks that can only be cured by quality team building events.

ENTER SCULPTEAMS!
Our events are more than your run-of-the-mill corporate outing. We love fun, and that’s what you’ll get from our events. Sculpteams is all about creation, using some classic traditions in American history. Who doesn’t love pumpkin carvings or sand castles? All of the sculpting and carving events are fun, with the added benefits of fostering essential skills needed back at the office.

BEYOND THE EVENT
We’ve seen the benefits children derive from playing and using their imagination, and our goal is to bring that to your team. The hope is that they forge lasting bonds through these memorable, one of a kind events. Not only will the team members work better together, they’ll work smarter because they’ve practiced planning, time management, critical thinking and other practical skills through their team building activities. Your group will now be equipped for teamwork at work; it’s a win-win!
