The Ice Sculpting activity was AMAZING at our offsite yesterday. Everyone LOVED ice sculpting and it was something that no one on the team has done before. Our theme was “The Year of the User” and we had each team create a sculpture based on that. The activity was not only exciting, but engaging, strategic, creative and fun. We had a wonderful day.
